Istarska Bjelica is a special oil obtained by cold-pressing the traditional Istrian olive variety of the same name. It has pronounced bitterness and pungency, making it a rather intense oil. It pairs beautifully with grilled vegetables, salads and meat dishes, and even with ice cream.
