Delivery<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Our free deliveries<\/strong> are ideal if you would like to taste our fruit and products and become part of our story. They are generally available only during the fresh-fruit season.<\/strong>In this way, the fruit reaches you fresh and full of flavour, and the scents of nature fill your home when you bring it to the family table. <\/span><\/p>\n

We have been providing deliveries for many years along three routes across Istria and towards Preluk.<\/strong>We travel towards Pula, stopping in Pazin, \u017dminj and Vodnjan;<\/strong>, zatim towards Pore\u010d, stopping in Tinjan and Baderna;<\/strong> and towards Preluk and Labin, stopping in Lovran, Vozili\u0107i and Potpi\u0107an.<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries are announced in advance, and fruit and products must be reserved.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

What if my town is not on the list?<\/h4>

You can contact us and suggest that we add it to our list. If we receive enough enquiries from your area, we will consider introducing a delivery option there as well. Until then, consider coming to the nearest currently available collection point or visiting our farm in Podmeja.

How do I know that my fruit and product reservation was successful?<\/h4>

You will receive an order confirmation at your email address, including details of what you ordered, the amount to be paid, the date and time of arrival, your order number and other important notes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Which payment method is accepted?<\/h4>

Delivery orders are paid for in cash at the collection point.<\/span><\/p>\n

How often do you organise deliveries?<\/h4>

From August to February, we generally travel towards each listed town twice a month.<\/span><\/p>\n

Can I order only fruit or only products for delivery?<\/h4>

Of course. There is no minimum amount or quantity requirement.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I know which package is mine?<\/h4>

You will receive an order number at your email address. Bring this number to the collection point so that we know which package belongs to you.<\/span><\/p>\n

PULA \u2013 Mandra\u010d car park, all the way at the end towards Veli Vrh, on the gravel area.

How long do you stay at each listed stop?<\/h4>

It depends on the quantity ordered in each place. At intermediate stops on the way to the main destination, you must arrive on time \u2013 and preferably a little early \u2013 because we stop only very briefly at those locations. We stay longer at collection points such as Pula and Pore\u010d because the order quantities there are larger.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What if I am running late or cannot find the collection point?<\/h4>

Call us as soon as possible so that we do not continue the route with your order still on board.<\/span><\/p>\n

What if I am late and do not collect my order?<\/h4>

There is no charge if you do not collect your order, but the order is deleted and does not carry over to the next delivery. If you want to repeat the same order for another date, you must place it again through our webshop.<\/span><\/p>\n

I want to cancel or change my order. How can I do that?<\/h4>

What is the procedure if I am not satisfied with the fruit or products?<\/h4>

Use the form on theContact<\/a>to describe the issue, the reason for the problem and your review. A refund is possible only if you bring the fruit or products you were not satisfied with to the next delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n
